There are several solutions to Play Store queueing problems.
Method 1: Clear Download Queue
One of the first things a user can do is to clear their Play Store's download queue, especially with Google's recent upgrades.
1. Open the Play Store.
2. Swipe from the right of the screen. Choose My Apps & Games.
3. The screen should show all the apps that are being downloaded. Select an app on the download queue and tap on the X or cross icon located near the download progress bar. This will cancel the download process. Do this to all the apps on the queue.

Method 2: Clear App Data From the Play Store
Removing the app data from your device can also help jumpstart the Play Store queue.
1. Go to Settings > Apps.
2. A list of apps installed on your device will appear. Choose Google Play Store. If you can't find the Play Store, tap on the three-dot menu. Look for the "Show Sytem" option.
3. Once you're on the info page for the Play Store, tap on Clear Cache > Clear Data. For Android versions Marshmallow and up, choose Storage. Proceed to clear cache and data.
There are other ways to clear data from a device and fix queued downloads on Play Store for Android. Regardless of the brand or model, the methods are similar.

2. Go to Installed apps and look for Google Play Store
3. Select Clear Data
4. Restart the device and check Play Store.
Method 3: Force Stop Google Play
This method could also be used to complement clearing the download queue.
1. Go to Settings > Apps.
2. A list of installed apps on the device will appear on the screen. Choose Google Play Store.
3. Tap on "Force Stop."

Method 4: Reinstall Google Play
Numerous users have also found that another way to go about this problem is to uninstall the app, download Google Play Store and install it again.
1.Go to Settings > Accounts
2. Select Google Play Store and click Uninstall. This will remove it from your device.
3. To reinstall, simply look for the Play Store on your browser.
Some users find that restarting the device before reinstalling the Play Store guarantees that it will run better.
Method 5: Update Google Play Store
An old outdated version of the Play Store could also be the reason behind your download problems. Your best bet is to have the latest version on your Android device.
1. Go to the Play Store. Slide out menu and tap Settings.
2. Scroll down and look for Build Number. Tap on it.
3. You will receive a prompt if a new update is available. Tap OK and the Play Store will start updating.

Method 6: Remove And Reinstall Accounts
There have reports that having several accounts can cause problems with Google Play Store. Clearing those accounts can fix queued downloads on Play Store for Android.
1. Go to Settings > Accounts > Google
2. Select the account you used to sign in to Google.
3 Click on the Delete or Remove account at the bottom of the screen.
4. Do the same with the other accounts.
5. Restart device and then check Play Store.

Method 7: Choose New APN
If all else fails, tweaking your data connection could help with how quickly you can start downloading apps.
1. Remove all minimized apps.
2. Go to Settings > Mobile Data
3. Choose the Sim card you're using for data
4. Click "Access point names."
5. Choose alternate "APN" settings > "APN protocol." Select "IPv4/ IPv6" then click Save.
6. Your data connection will be disabled temporarily. Wait for connection to be restored. Go to the Google Play Store once you're back online and try downloading again.

Method 8: Enable Data Saver
There are instances when an installed app is the culprit behind the snail-paced download process.
1. Go to Settings and look for Data Saver. Make sure it's ON.
2. Check that unrestricted access is enabled for both Google Play Store and Google Play Services.
You should also check which app is breaking up the background process of the Play Store. One way of doing this is to start downloading all app updates in the Play Store.
If you don't see any download arrow, then the problem lies with Google. You should then toggle off the unrestricted access button for each app. The one with a working download arrow might be the app causing problems in the queue.
